I’ve been lucky enough to work with Deni Tato for the last 11 years. Opening myself up to Deni and the Enneagram has been life changing. My monthly one-on-one is priceless and allows me to dig deep inside myself to see what changes I need to make to be a more complete leader, employee, and overall person. Being in her True North group of leaders allows me to compare myself and my leadership style to many different leaders. It is so refreshing to see how 9 different types of leaders can view the same issue.
