In most cases, your team members are hurting. No matter how healthy your employees may or may not have been in January, the challenges brought on in 2020 are most likely impacting their economic, physical, mental, and relationship health. Our Corporate Wellness Training, consisting of three modules, is designed to address these challenges.
MODULE 1: Who Am I Really?
The Enneagram is the most effective tool for increasing emotional intelligence as well as cognitive diversity within a team or organization. In this session, you will learn the Enneagram system and how to use it to grow professionally and personally, including:
- Why you do what you do
- Your motivations, strengths and challenges
- Developmental strategies for each type
- How to make lasting behavior change
This is followed by an introduction to mindfulness. Since the beginning of time, men and women have engaged in contemplative practices to better understand themselves, to be better humans, and to cultivate the wisdom that comes from the ritual of stillness. You will learn how to improve mindulness to:
- Reduce work-related stress and anxiety
- Increase focus for innovation
- Improve mental agility
MODULE 2: How Do I Show Up More Consciously?
Next we apply this greater self-awareness to fully leverage your unique superpowers and make your highest personal contribution. You will learn concepts, tools, and processes to understand how different people communicate and deliver feedback so you can:
- Be less reactive and more responsive
- Observe without evaluating
- Thoughtfully express how you are feeling
You will also learn how to better manage stress. Loss and disappointment trigger our natural defense system. We can more effectively navigate stressful times by identifying the three different coping strategies we use habitually in response to not getting what we want or need, and using simple tools to:
- Notice whether we are physically present
- “Drop in” to a grounded and centered mindful space
- Orient fully to new surroundings and ideas
MODULE 3: How Will Our Team Drive Lasting Change?
This module will allow you to integrate your higher emotional intelligence and refined leadership capabilities into a sustainable reality. You will learn to align your professional competencies for jointly-created team-centered solutions that:
- Address the goals of the team
- Allow your team to stay ahead of the competitive and collaborative curve
- Build trust, the foundational element of any healthy team
While mindfulness practices are fairly consistent across cultures, we each experience stress in our bodies differently. We will work together to:
- Create a personalized practice
- Identify your unique habituated triggers
- Craft exercises and guided meditations specifically for you
