Before founding Corporate Consciousness, Deni built and led Contract Interiors for 23 years, growing it into one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest commercial furniture dealerships. Her years as a founder, CEO and business owner give her an intimate understanding of the pressure, complexity and personal courage required to lead others, navigate change and continually reinvent.
The discovery of the Enneagram in 2005 became a defining moment in Deni’s own development. She immediately recognized its potential as far more than a personality assessment — it is a powerful map for understanding motivation, expanding self-awareness and creating lasting transformation. Today, the
Enneagram is the foundational tools she uses to help leaders understand who they are, how they aect others and who they have the capacity to become.
Deni is a fully accredited Integrative Enneagram Practitioner and has completed extensive training through leading Enneagram, organizational development and human-potential institutions. She combines this depth of knowledge with practical business frameworks, making sophisticated developmental work accessible, relevant and immediately applicable in the workplace.
