I thrive on building relationships and personal connections. I am warm, engaging and show a lot of emotion. I want to be in service to others. I want tobe liked and avoid rejection, so I’m always ready with a smile, compliment or helpful advice. My innate people skills let me sense the right thing to say to make the other person feel important and admired. I need to feel appreciated and tend to get overly involved in others’ lives. Feeling indispensable gives me a sense of power.

At Work: I motivate others and serve my team. I build cohesive teams, long-term client relationships and have strong customer service skills. Team members may see me as more focused on people than business results.
