Christine Conlan knows what it takes to enhance the lives of individuals and corporations. She has more than 25 years experience in the fields of health and wellness, human resources, organizational change and enhancement and is a former professor of leadership at The University of Cincinnati.
Christine Conlan has been studying, teaching, and facilitating The Enneagram for individuals, organizations, and universities for over 25 years. In her professional work she utilizes the Enneagram for helping individuals and corporations reach higher levels of awareness, motivation, improved communication, team building, diversity, and leadership development. She believes that The Enneagram is the best resource for better understanding deeper more hidden motivations and habitual patterns that can often keep people and systems stuck and on auto pilot. She relies on the Enneagram to help people and systems move beyond these self-imposed limitations to improve satisfaction, stability, relationships, and success.
As a facilitator Christine has an exceptional ability to motivate people by utilizing her interpersonal and communication skills. She has proven knowledge and experience in the personal and professional development fields and is dedicated to helping individuals and corporations grow, adapt, and create solutions and improved quality and enrichment in the work place and personally. Through the lens of the Enneagram, Christine Conlan works creatively with various groups emphasizing awareness, empowerment, diversity and inclusion; assisting people and corporations beyond barriers and move forward rekindling meaning, purpose and passion in their lives both professionally and personally.
